52 On the desire for initiation
Beloved Peter,
Love.
Yes, it is cool to "desire" initiation.
Initiation is a first step in moving to awareness.
There is part of you that desires this because part of you is already
aware, and knows it is what you need to achieve union.
However, there are also sometimes uncool reasons for desiring initiation; either as something to possess, to show off, or as a quick fix.
Remember that initiation is not the end, it is the beginning.
